What You Will Do:

• Operate and maintain key laboratory equipment, including Alinity Hq, Hs, Winpath, ACL Tops 550, and Neo Iris.

• Conduct precise cross-matching and serology testing in line with quality and safety standards.

• Work across shifts to ensure full service coverage and smooth operational flow.

• Adhere strictly to established laboratory guidelines, protocols, and quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide outstanding diagnostic support.

• Communicate effectively with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely results.
