• Operate on a 24/7/365 basis with flexible 12-hour shifts that ensure the quality of service around the clock (shift patterns can be discussed).

• Utilise advanced systems like Winpath Enterprise LIMS and Grifols Erytra analysers to enhance your technical competencies and transfusion practice.

• Participate in a multi-stage interview process to showcase your deep knowledge of transfusion practices and commitment to professional excellence.

• Maintain HCPC registration to uphold top-tier professional standards in all transfusion processes.
