What you will do:

Accurately prepare, dispense, and supply medicines to inpatients and outpatients.

Support medicines reconciliation processes to promote safe and effective medication management.

Ensure medicines are dispensed safely and accurately in accordance with prescriptions, Trust policies, and legal requirements.

Work alongside pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Provide advice to patients regarding the safe use of prescribed medicines within your scope of practice.

Maintain appropriate stock levels and support effective inventory management processes.

Monitor and order pharmaceutical supplies to ensure continuity of service.

Manage controlled drugs in accordance with legislation, policies, and procedures.

Participate in aseptic preparation services where applicable.
