What you will do:

• Conduct specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions for adults with mental health needs.

• Utilise tools such as the Model of Human Occupation to develop evidence-based treatment plans.

• Provide recovery-focused, client-centred care to support independence in self-care, productivity, and leisure.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and plan positive discharges.

• Lead or contribute to group work and one-to-one interventions to enhance the OT programme.

• Link clients with local community resources to support ongoing engagement and recovery.

Requirements:

• HCPC Registration essential

• Minimum two years' relevant experience

• Full UK Driving Licence preferable
