Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality general radiographic examinations for diagnostic purposes.

• Ensure patient safety, dignity, and comfort throughout imaging procedures.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient-centred care.

• Maintain and monitor imaging equipment, reporting faults promptly.

• Provide supervision and support to students and junior radiographers.

• Ensure compliance with radiation protection, health and safety, and departmental protocols.

• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in audit and quality improvement processes.

Requirements

• HCPC registration (essential).

• Experience in general radiography.

• CT experience desirable.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
