What You Will Do:

  • Perform general radiographic procedures, including plain film and theatre imaging, specifically tailored for paediatric patients.

  • Work closely with the paediatric healthcare team to ensure all radiographic services are child-friendly and meet hospital standards.

  • Maintain a professional and compassionate approach, especially when dealing with young patients and their families.

  • Operate advanced radiographic equipment efficiently and monitor radiographic performance for ongoing quality assurance.

  • Uphold health and safety regulations, including infection control and quality management system adherence.

  • Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to enhancing the radiology service for paediatric care in the hospital.

As a registered HCPC professional, you will bring your expertise and dedication to improving health outcomes for children. This role does not require a driving licence, allowing you to focus purely on the care and expertise needed for paediatric radiography.
