What You Will Do

• Support Intermediate Care Physiotherapists in delivering high-quality therapy and rehabilitation services.

• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility programmes tailored to their individual needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and document treatment progress.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver holistic patient care.

• Contribute to planning and reviewing therapeutic activities during team meetings.

• Provide patient feedback and observations to help inform treatment planning.

• Adhere to all relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
