What you will do

• Technical Preparation: Prepare cytotoxic products safely and accurately in line with strict protocols.
• Operational Support: Assist in managing pharmacy technical operations in accordance with NHS and hospital guidelines.
• Dispensary Work: Undertake pharmacy technician duties requiring relevant Band 3 or 4 experience.
• Service Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of pharmacy services through collaboration and innovation.
• Training & Mentoring: Support the development of colleagues by sharing knowledge and providing on-the-job training.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements at all times.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Relevant pharmacy technician experience at Band 3 or Band 4 level.
• Knowledge of cytotoxic preparation and technical services is desirable.
• Strong understanding of NHS pharmacy procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Full UK driving licence to support cross-site working.
