Essential:
At least an upper second class (2:1) degree in Psychology with Honours - To be eligible for the British Psychological Society (BPS) Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC)
Experience working with people with complex mental health difficulties
You will be expected to apply the learning from your undergraduate degree in psychology in your work, under the supervision of an experienced and HCPC-registered practitioner psychologist.
Desirable:
Further post-graduate training in a psychology-related area - Research and statistical experience - Evidence of commitment to becoming a registered psychologist

What you'll be doing
- Work within the Psychological Services team to support and enhance the care and assessment of service users.
- Assist in the delivery of psychological services under the supervision of a qualified psychologist.
- Conduct protocol-based psychological assessments using tests, questionnaires, observations, and interviews.
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic interventions to promote service users' mental, emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.
- Assist in facilitating therapeutic groups and one-to-one sessions.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and case documentation.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to care discussions.
- Support data collection, research, service evaluation activities, and staff development.
