What You Will Do

• Lead the Locality Team in managing complex child protection and welfare cases, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for vulnerable children and families.

• Enforce children's legislation and safeguarding frameworks to ensure the protection of children and young people.

• Provide expert supervision and mentorship to Social Workers, supporting their professional growth and practice development.

• Contribute to the continuous development of the service, including involvement in audits, reviews, and implementing innovative practices.

• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to promote integrated care and better outcomes for children and families.
