Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Leatherhead

Chase Medical is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join a GP surgery near Leatherhead on a permanent basis.

Due to a current retirement, the team are looking for an additional person to manage their on the day appointments.

They're looking for someone who can bring strong experience and will consider applications from:

Advanced Nurse Practitioners/ Advanced Clinical Practitoner
Emergency Care Practitioners

You must be looking for 30-37.5 hours per week, band, 6 weeks annual leave and NHS pension and indemnity.

You will be working alongside a team made up of 5 GP Partners, 2 GPs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Nurses and 2 HCAs. Leading the nursing team will be a responsibility for the role.
