Harley Street Wellbeing Centre are looking for an Admin to join the team on a part-time basis, working 225. hours per week.
2 shift patterns 07.45 - 15.45, 12.00-20.00, and Saturdays on a rota 1 in 5.
Located right in the heart of London's prestigious medical district, Priory Wellbeing Centre, Harley Street is one of the UK's leading mental health clinics.

What you'll be doing
Part of the role you will:
- Provide efficient admin and secretarial support, including document production, telephone enquiries, diary management, visitor reception, and other tasks as needed. Work closely with the Wellbeing Centre Manager.
- Handle internal and external enquiries, prioritising and escalating issues appropriately to maintain high service levels.
- Ensure all information and documents comply with policies, regulations, and financial requirements; maintain accurate audit trails.
- Update and maintain accuracy in central and local databases.
