<p>As an <strong>Occupational Therapist</strong>, you will:</p><ul>
<li>Provide person-centred, evidence-based therapy to children and adults with disabilities</li><li>Manage a paediatric and mixed caseload with varied and complex needs</li><li>Use appropriate assessment tools to develop tailored intervention strategies</li><li>Deliver therapy in diverse settings, including clinics, schools, homes, group homes, and via telehealth</li><li>Contribute to professional development within the Occupational Therapy profession</li></ul>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Qualified Occupational Therapist</li><li>Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to paediatric, adolescent, and/or adult clients</li><li>Knowledge of strengths-based, family, and person-centred approaches</li><li>Ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities effectively</li><li>Understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee-for-service model (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Strong communication skills – written, oral, and listening</li><li>NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Current Australian driver’s license with access to a vehicle (kilometres reimbursed; pool cars available)</li></ul>
