Additionally, this role offers the perfect blend of professional fulfilment and personal adventure, with the stunning landscapes of Cumbria at your doorstep.What you will do: - Drive across Cumbria and work across various settings to provide specialist assessment, management, and treatment to adults with communication and/or swallowing difficulties. - Manage a specialist caseload of adults with diverse therapy needs in both acute and community settings. - Participate in and contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes and information packages for colleagues in health, as well as voluntary sector organisations, and family/carers. - Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based specialised therapy interventions tailored for a defined adult caseload.Requirements: - A degree or equivalent qualification in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration. - A demonstrated history of experience within the NHS, working as a Speech and Language Therapist in the UK.Living and working in Cumbria offers a fantastic quality of life.
