This post requires a highly skilled individual capable of hitting the ground running" with minimal training, particularly in the use of Liquid Logic and EHCP reporting processes. Key Duties and Responsibilities Quality Assurance &amp; Performance <ul><li>Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the EHCP Quality Assurance Framework.</li><li>Prepare and facilitate case audits and multi-agency quality assurance activity, ensuring findings are captured and reported to senior leaders and relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Produce high-quality reports on auditing, quality assurance and service performance for internal and external audiences.</li><li>Train and support colleagues and partners in the use of quality assurance tools and processes.</li><li>Liaise with the Performance Team to ensure Quality Assurance reports are prepared and presented accurately for senior management analysis.</li><li>Provide regular feedback on KPIs and data insights at team meetings and other forums.</li></ul> Data Management &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Collect, cleanse and analyse data required for statutory returns, FOIs, the SEND Executive Board and wider reporting purposes.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely data is provided for the SEND dashboard through close collaboration with the Performance Team, Pupil Place Planning Team and other internal stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor and oversee workflows within Liquid Logic from assessment to finalisation, Annual Reviews, ceasing of plans, Mediation and Tribunal processes.</li><li>Work with the Liquid Logic Team to resolve system issues, implement upgrades and support improvements.</li><li>Champion data quality across the service, ensuring accurate, efficient and effective use of the case management system.</li></ul> Stakeholder Engagement <ul><li>Work collaboratively with SEND colleagues, multi-agency partners and wider Council services to support high-quality practice and data integrity.</li><li>Communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul> Additional Requirements <ul><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice, including safeguarding, information security, confidentiality, equality, diversity and inclusion, and health and safety.</li><li>Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a context of organisational change.</li><li>Uphold the Council's iCare values in all aspects of work and service delivery.</li><li>Undertake any other duties consistent with the scope and level of the post.</li></ul> Experience <ul><li>Strong experience and understanding of the EHCP process, the Children and Families Act 2014, and the SEND Code of Practice (2015).</li><li>Experience using Liquid Logic or a similar case management system (essential).</li><li>Experience managing or supporting teams to ensure compliance in case management and EHCP processes.</li><li>Experience working in a busy, high-pressure environment.</li><li>Understanding and practical experience of quality assurance processes and use of QA tools.</li><li>Experience working collaboratively in a multi-agency environment.</li></ul> Skills and Attributes <ul><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to organise, prioritise and manage changing workloads for self and others.</li><li>Strong IT skills and ability to use data systems effectively.</li><li>Ability to produce concise, accurate and insightful reports.</li><li>Effective communication skills, with the capability to influence and support colleagues.</li><li>Ability to train, guide and support co-workers in quality assurance and data processes.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.</li><li>Commitment to high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.</li></ul>
