Mind Professionals's Jobs

Founded in 2008, Mind Professionals is an ethical and dedicated specialist staffing resource for forward thinking specialist Health Professionals, caring for those affected by Mental Illness; Emotional Trauma or Distress; Learning or Behavioural Difficulties; Physical, Neurological or Psychological Disability. Mind Professionals has earned an enviable reputation amongst medical, specialist therapeutic, allied health, nursing, social care and business professionals, who share commitment and dedication to the design, development and delivery of improved treatment, care, rehabilitation and support services for this highly vulnerable population group, to effect real change.

With our unique combination of Professional Qualifications and Clinical Practice, Recruitment Skill and Business Management expertise, we seek to address the ever evolving structure of Mental Healthcare provision in the UK, and the role of understanding and management of human psychology and behaviour in the work place.

Through our highly specialist permanent, temporary, and managed staffing solutions for all mental health professionals, we work to support NHS Mental Health and Primary Care Trusts in their enhancement and growth of inpatient and community mental health services; the introduction of Improving Access to Psychological Therapy and Welfare at Workreform programmes; The Ministry of Defence (extensively) both here in the UK and overseas, other government service clients including Her Majesty’s Prison Services, Social Services and Education Authorities, as well as Independent Providers of Adult & Adolescent Mental Health, Secure Hospital, Forensic, Learning Disability and Psychiatric Rehabilitation services throughout the UK. Through the supply of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Specialist Trained Therapists (CBT, DBT, CAT, EMDR), Nursing and Social Care Professionals, we assist our partner organisations to operate, manage and develop their services to full potential for the benefit of their patients and service users.

We are accredited practitioners ourselves with many years in clinical and therapeutic service. We are NOT simply target driven agency sales representatives, a fact we recognise in the highest importance, and clearly reflected in our written testimonials of service.
