Lead Pharmacist for Medicines Optimisation CQUINs and Formulary for Oncology and Haematology - 1 year fixed term/secondment contract.
This newly created position would be a great opportunity to a registered Pharmacist with an interest in optimising medicines use in Cancer. This is a fast paced area and Addenbrooke's is at the forefront for using cutting edge treatment options.
For 80% of your time, you will be involved in the introduction of new medicines , optimisation of existing ones and working with others towards CQUINs.
20% of your time will be working with the Oncology Pharmacy team on the cancer wards and in the Chemotherapy Unit.
The Pharmacy team have excellent links with the Cancer Medical and Nursing teams. This post will enable an even higher level of service.
This post is subject to a satisfactory DBS clearance and as a result, you will be required to pay the associated fee of £29.50. This fee will be deducted from your second month's salary.
