We are looking for a Pharmacy technician who would like to play a key role in both our Paediatric Pharmacy service and inpatient dispensary team on a Secondment/Fixed Term contract until 06/12/2020
 
50% of this post will involve supporting the Paediatric clinical Pharmacy service. This will involve medicines reconciliation, supporting parent/carer administration of medicines, organising supplies of medication for inpatient use and for discharge and ensuring organisation for continuation of supplies following discharge. In addition the postholder will also be working to provide medicines efficiency and best use of resources. The post holder will need to be forward thinking and able to engage and contribute to new ways of working.
 
The other 50% of this post will involve supporting dispensary services. The role will encompass stock management, supporting staff and developing new ways of working to support the Trust as it moves forward. This position is diverse and challenging.
