Salary: To £80,000 + Bonus + Pension + 25 days holiday + Bank holidays

What you will do as Head of Clinical Services:
-You will provide highly visible and inspirational leadership to your team of 7 direct reports, delivering a clear clinical strategy aimed at improving the patient experience.
-With c190 staff accountable to you, you will be responsible for engaging with all clinical teams and working with them to improve from their ‘Good’ CQC rating to ‘Outstanding’.
-As Head of Clinical Services, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing a clinical team within a hospital environment, developing and maintaining relationships with Consultants and supporting with hospital CQC regulation.
