We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and experienced pharmacy leader to join the senior pharmacy team as the Clinical Services Lead Pharmacist for the Family Care Division.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to help manage and develop the Pharmacy services across the Family Care Division.
This is a critical position in the Pharmacy Department and the post holder will support the Chief Pharmacist in the development of medicines optimisation across the Trust. You will be leading and managing the strategic development of clinical pharmacy and medicines management services to the Family Care Division, with support from a range of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians within the Division.
You will need an excellent clinical knowledge base, possess significant and proven leadership, project, and change management skills and have an ability to build effective relationships and influence prescribing practice at a senior level.
You would need to be an experienced pharmacist and be motivated in developing the service and your own professional skills.
