RDaSH is a NHS Foundation Trust providing a combination of Community, Mental Health and Learning Disability Services to the people of Doncaster, Rotherham, North and North East Lincolnshire. Additionally we provide a wide range of specialist community nursing services both in community and inpatient settings for Doncaster patients
The role involves specialist pharmacist input to a range of Inpatient settings delivering Step-up and Step-down intermediate care and neuro-rehabilitation services with stays between 7 -28 days allowing you to support the optimisation of patients medication throughout their stay.
We aim to deliver the highest standard of Medicines Management for our patients in this Intermediate Care Nurse Led Service requiring your application of a wide range of clinical skills.
If you are a registered Pharmacist with a clinical diploma and wish to broaden your experience in chronic disease management, neuro-rehab or mental health you are encouraged to apply.
The Trust has a strong commitment to staff development, professional leadership and Freedom to speak initiative. Full support will be given to specialize and develop your skills and knowledge in these fields.
The Tickhill Road Site is situated within 5mins of A1 and M18 motorway networks.
There is plenty of Free Parking on this Parkland site.
