An opportunity has arisen for a full time, highly motivated and resilient band 3 admin assistant, to provide a comprehensive and efficient administration service for our community Mental health team based in Central Manchester (Hulme).
We are seeking a highly motivated and committed individual who is able to provide a high level of confidential administrative support to the team.
The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain a calm, positive and flexible approach and will be an enthusiastic, hard-working team player.
As Admin Assistant you should have strong organisational and communication skills and be able to work closely and collaboratively with clinicians and managers and strive for high quality standards both personally and for the service.
You will be responsible for dealing with telephone queries, maintaining accurate records, admin management of referrals, minuting team minutes and assisting the clinical team with any daily administrative duties.
As a point of telephone contact for the healthcare centre, GPs, and other healthcare professionals, the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service is an essential part of this post.
The candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, sustain quality in their document production, manage their own workload on a day-to-day basis, and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
