What you will do as the Matron:
Reporting to the Hospital Director, you will be a key member of the hospitals senior management team and provide highly visible leadership to a team of c130 clinical staff.
You will be responsible for engaging with all clinical teams, encouraging learning and development and ensuring the centre is working towards their vision of having a ‘Good’ CQC rating!
You must have an active NMC registration and be a registered Nurse – their average patient stay is c18 months and therefore clinical experience of providing long term support to patients with vents is advantageous.
