As a Clinical Lead you will be a proactive member of the team whose skills will ensure safe, quality and value for money services are being provided in an efficient and systematic manner.
Working within a team of nurses and GPs, you will provide senior clinical leadership ensuring that clinical services comply with and work within CQC regulations and requirements. As our Clinical Lead you will provide consultations and perform health screens with our patients within our surgery, providing the highest level of patient care.
We have built organisation-wide committees in many specialist fields. You'll have the option to join your clinical specialism, networking with professionals from across the country. We get together regularly, auditing and sharing standard methodology for innovation and service re-design. You'll be a part of the pool of subject matter experts bringing together clinical and operational leads. You will be a part of quality improvements, research and development activity. The team at Sutherland Lodge in Chelmsford have turned the practice from "inadequate" in all domains to "good" in two, in just a year. CQC said they saw one area of outstanding practice - the surgery has created 'positivity packs' designed to help vulnerable patients such as those with mental health conditions and the homeless.
