You'll really feel the difference as you'll have access to our online health and lifestyle platform covering healthy recipes, activity challenges, and support information around mental health. You'll have access to support to a range of occupational health services such as physiotherapy, work place assessments and health and wellbeing support.
Working within the People and Service team, you will support the Reward, Fleet and Occupational Health to deliver timely administrative support escalating queries where appropriate. You will support with the delivery of fleet administration by maintaining records and processing invoices and new order requests. Supporting our Reward function, you will also act as point of contact for reward queries providing guidance, customer service, directing calls as appropriate and completing job evaluations in which training will be given. You will be based primarily in Runcorn, in our brand new office within our central People and Service team, with discounted onsite gym and an onsite restaurant.
What we are looking for
You will have a background of administration with strong excel skills that you will be willing to further develop. You will be proactive and organised with the ability to work autonomously. You will need the ability to juggle heavy workloads whilst continuing to build a strong relationship with Managers across the business. Ideally you will have experience working within a people function team in the healthcare sector.
