My client is a leading UK Healthcare provider working with a wide range of commercial clients and organisations nationwide.
Due to continued growth and development, the company currently has a new role for a Customer Relations Manager to play a key role based at their Newcastle office.
The position involves building and maintaining client and customer relations by troubleshooting any problems as they arise and maximizing the quality of the service delivery provided.
The post will also involve developing new business relations and initiatives as well as meeting with potential clients to discuss their requirements and to pitch for new and continued working relations.
Additionally, the role will involve general administrative support and managing client diaries.
This is an excellent opportunity which would suit someone with sound Administrative experience as well as experience of maintaining and developing business accounts.
Sound sales and communications skills are essential to the post - It is not essential that candidates come from a healthcare background, but this would be advantageous.
