Rotational Band 6 Physiotherapist
Are you looking to consolidate the knowledge and skills you have learned as a band 5 or 6 and to develop your professional and personnel management skills? We are looking for the best talent to join our ambitious healthcare organisation.
Newham University Hospital provides services for a vibrant community, rich in cultural diversity and is a great place to work. Our therapy teams are innovative, creative and friendly, working closely with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver high quality, patient centred care.
We now have an opportunity for a Band 5 or 6 Physiotherapist to join our general rotation scheme. Rotations are 9 monthly:
- Respiratory - including ITU
- Orthopaedics - elective and trauma
- Older Peoples services
- Accident and Emergency
- Amputees – inpatients and outpatients
- Musculo-Skeletal Outpatients
You will need relevant clinical post registration experience of delivering physiotherapy assessment and treatment intervention within the acute hospital setting, and state registration through the Health Care Professions Council. We can offer you:
- Band 6 specific development and training programme
- A robust support system
- Supervision and appraisal
- Trust wide continuing professional development opportunities
