Turnaround Manager | Multi-Site Remit | Central Scotland



Salary: Circa £52k per annum + car allowance + bonus

With a number of homes around the Central Belt they are able to offer fantastic progression routes as well as competitive salaries. My client desires someone with great leadership skills, experience of elderly and dementia residents.     


This will mean supporting a home when the standard of care does not meet the desired levels of the provider and the home may be operating an unsafe service. Every home has performance targets, so, whichever you're working in, you'll go all out to make sure it meets the targets set.  Whether you're talking-up the importance of safety and quality to your team, identifying and addressing where a home could be doing better or ensuring regulatory compliance standards, you'll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else.  


The Candidate      

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi-Site Manager or Home Manager seeking a new challenge and a step into an ever-growing organisation. The candidate is required to have previous elderly / dementia multi-site home experience with exposure to travel and management of troubled services.       



Passion for Elderly / Dementia care   

Ability to travel   

Extensive leadership experience   

Multi-site management experience   

Management of home managers   



This role is to cover homes around Livingston and is commutable from Bathgate, Falkirk, Edinburgh, Balmerno, Queensferry, Broxburn, Loanhead, West Calder, Blackridge, Bo'ness, Carlops, Ingleston and Ratho


Interview Process      

The interview process will be in a two-stage format.       


Stage One - Meeting with the Regional Manager     

Stage Two - Face to face Interview with a Managing Director - Competency & Scenarios       



My client is seeking an experienced multi-site manager with exposure to elderly / dementia and residential homes, where the successful candidate is able to lead and support home managers. In exchange my client is offering a salary of up to £52,000 plus benefits.
