Job Description

General Practitioner

At Virgin Care, we've created a working environment where everyone can really feel the difference.

It's the kind of place where nothing's too much trouble. Where our service is seamless. Where you'll feel empowered, listened to, valued and where we'll support you to bring your best self to work every day. And that's just the beginning.

Since 2006, we've delivered innovative and refreshing health and social care services to millions of people by developing our own unique approach where our patients are at the centre of everything we do. And right now, we're looking for a General Practitioner to join our Randolph Surgery in London , to help us continue to change things for the better.

Randolph Surgery, like all our practices is a non-partner based practice. So, if you want to deliver high quality, evidence based, patient-centred care, then we will support you and help you do what you do best - which is caring for your patients.

You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of other dedicated and highly skilled healthcare professionals to care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice and actively improving the way we work. You will also have access to innovation funds to allow you to put your ideas in to practice

This is an opportunity to put your Medical degree to great use. You will be GMC registered and an MRCGP member or working towards it. With strong communication and organisation skills and a flexible approach will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.

So, how do we reward you for your hard work? Well, we can offer a salary of up to £ Apply per annum (d.o.e.) and access to the NHS pension, inclusion on our corporate medical indemnity insurance with the Medical Defence Union, lots of training and development, great perks including being part of the Virgin Tribe giving access to exclusive offers as well as discounts on Virgin products and services including 40% off Virgin Trains! All this and flexible working patterns that can help anyone perfect their work/life balance.

Virgin Care are committed to equal opportunities and welcome a broad diversity of talent to apply.

Virgin Care Limited reserves the right to cease any advertising prior to the published closing date for a role that receives a high number of applications.
