And right now, we're looking for a People Hub Administrator to join our People Team in Runcorn to help us continue to change things for the better.
Working closely with our Payroll, Finance, Employee Relations and Recruitment you'll be the first point of contract for all People related queries for our colleagues and managers, including procedures, pay and terms and conditions. You will ensure the People processes are implemented accurately within our HRIS and Recruitment System, ensuring data is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation. You will administer People related documentation, such as but not limited to contracts of employment, and change related documentation.
You will liaise with Recruitment and ER to ensure queries are administered, and on-boarding and new starter processes are seamless. You will also work with colleagues to continuously improve existing process to deliver an effective and efficient service.
This is an opportunity to put your administration to great use. You will be knowledgeable in managing own workloads to deadlines, have a high level of communication skill, both written and verbal, and it would be advantageous to have HR experience in a Shared Service Function or a CIPD Level 3 or equivalent. You will hold good MS office knowledge, and experience of maintaining online files and records, alongside the ability to work in a team and to changing priorities.
