Description: Our client's scanning centre, based in Central London, is one of the UK's leading independent imaging centres. They utilise world leading CT and MRI scanning technology and are at the forefront of CT cardiac imaging as well as open and upright MRI scanning. Their ethos is based on utilising the world's most advanced scanning technologies which are operated by very experienced radiographers, with the resultant images reported by internationally renowned specialist radiologists. They fully appreciate the importance of their radiography staff and are now recruiting for three MRI Radiographers to join their internationally renowned diagnostic imaging centre, as part of expansion.
The right candidate will be keen to help our client build upon their current success and further develop the potential of open and upright imaging. If you take pride in your job and wish to utilise all of your radiographic skills to craft the very best possible images from their scanner on a patient by patient basis, then this could be the job for you.
In essence, as a member of the MRI Team you will be required to provide a world class open and upright MRI diagnostic imaging service. Furthermore, you will become an active member of the MRI radiography team and assist in the day to day management and quality of the MRI imaging service, as well as assisting in the design and implementation of improved imaging protocols.
Person Specification: The right candidate will be a qualified, HCPC registered radiographer (desirably with a diploma of the Society of Radiographers), with experience in MRI (preferably MSK) and able to show evidence of postgraduate training and continuing professional development. We are looking for someone with a strong clinical background that is passionate, analytical, creative and patient-centred.
