Specialist Occupational Therapist (Equivalent to Band 6): The Children's Trust School Full Time & Part Time Hours available Salary: Basic salary: £30,401 - £37,267 (dependent upon experience), plus Outer London Weighting: £4,560 - £4,743 Due to expansion of our team at The Children's Trust School we have a number of exciting opportunities for Occupational Therapists, with varying experience, to join our dynamic and innovative team.
The Therapy Team have adopted an integrated and tiered model of working, offering training, assessment and intervention at universal, targeted and specialist levels within our classrooms and residential houses. You will provide a high quality, evidence based occupational therapy services for children and young people with neurodisabilities. The service offers generous CPD support and a range of opportunities to be involved in audit, research and service evaluation.
The Children's Trust School aims to provide high quality education and expertise to meet each pupil's individual special needs and to celebrate all achievements in a happy environment.As a non-maintained special school, we pride ourselves on seeing each individual as a 'whole' and delivering integrated, holistic education, therapy and care for pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities. We provide day and residential education for pupils aged 2-19 years old, with an on-site nursery provision.
