We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacy technician to work as part of our adult critical care team.
Essentially you will support on all the operational elements of the service - helping the delivery of pharmaceutical care to a diverse group of patients.
This is an ideal opportunity for you to gain experience in a very rewarding area of work. You should have experience of medicine reconciliation and patient counselling at ward level and should enjoy working with patients as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
You should have some experience in medicines management and patient counselling. You will work in a structured environment providing support to the wider team to meet key directorate targets.
This will involve supporting the delivery of a clinical pharmacy service to a range of patients with complex conditions.
