Salary and package: Up to £85,000, private healthcare, 10% pension, performance related bonus (20%), 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

What you will do as a Surgical Centre Director:
-Reporting to the Operating Board, you will be responsible for the provision of leadership and management to the entire centre team. This role requires a unique blend of theatre management and strategic leadership.
-You will be the CQC registered manager, responsible for ensuring compliance, governance, P&L, theatre utilisation and cost effectiveness is maximised whilst driving continuous improvement.
-You will be required to manage the training and development needs of the centre and be actively involved in the recruitment and selection of a brand-new team.
