About the area you’ll be working in
We have a network of Health Clinics across the UK that provide a range of private Health services such as physiotherapy, health assessments and GP appointments. Our services and treatments are available to everyone – not just those with health insurance
What you'll be doing
You’ll be providing specialist evidence based nursing services to Bupa customers in a caring and respectful manner while preserving their dignity, making sure there is complete adherence to clinical compliance and regulatory/governance requirements as relevant for your specialisation. Support initiatives to improve service for customers. Provide Specialist guidance and support to peers and team members to driver a performance culture

You’ll be doing highly complex Case Management, assuming responsibility for reviewing appointments and diary management
Who we’re looking for?
For the Occupational Health Advisor role, you will hold a post registration qualification in OH Nursing, recorded on Part 3 of the NMC Register. Have experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor undertaking complex case management cases for a variety of clients ideally, specialising in mental health or have experience in dealing with mental health cases
Current registered general nurse with a valid NMC pin
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Have up to date OH clinical knowledge and skills.
Experience in delivering a combination of services in diverse industry sectors under a complex operational delivery mechanisms.
PC Literate with knowledge of Windows and web packages.
