Black Country Partnership Foundation Trust provides healthcare services to the people of Sandwell, Wolverhampton and Dudley. The Physical Health Psychology Division is a friendly and supportive team of psychological therapists who aim to assist people in adapting to and developing creative solutions for physical health problems. There are strong links with local Clinical Psychology training courses and supervision, CPD and research are highly valued for all staff.
We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and innovative qualified psychologist to join the team in Wolverhampton. This post will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to contribute to the psychology service provided to adults affected by renal disease and cancer. Based at New Cross Hospital the post-holder will provide psychological care and support to patients via individual and group interventions. They will develop and maintain close working relationship with the wider MDT, offer training and consultancy to the staff team and will be keen to evaluate the effectiveness of their input.
