Care UK are looking to hire a Contracts Administrator / Personal Assistant.This job is a full time position, based in our Reading office , working 37.5 hours per week during standard office hours on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to cover for maternity leave with a possibility to extend. The position is to start in April 2019 pre-employment checks dependent.
Who are we looking for?
Providing a comprehensive contract administrative support service for all Health Care Commercial, Property and Supplier contracts. Administer and manage controlled access to the Health Care contracts acting asa central point of contact. Responsible forthe orderly filing of all electronic and hard copies of Healthcare ‘signed contracts’. Identify areas within contract management where the information held is incomplete and accelerate work required to ensure completeness.
Supporting the Procurement Team and Business, ensuring the effective delivery of specific Procurement responsibilities and projects.
Day-to-day secretarial duties and excellent general administration support which includes diary management, travel & meeting arrangements. Resolving conflicting priorities in a smooth, timely and professional manner.
