Key Details: I am recruiting for an experienced Lead Occupational Physician to join a leading UK occupational health and wellbeing company across the London area.
Location: London - Must be willing to travel to other sites as required.
Salary: £100,000 - £135,000 per annum / £48.07 - £64.90 per hour based on 40 Hours Per Week
Hours: Full Time - 40 Hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Further Details About the Role: The successful applicant for this opportunity provide management of the OH clinical governance process for the Rail customers. Work in partnership with the large rail clients. Work with the Consultant OHP's and the Chief Medical Officer to ensure high professional standard are delivered in accordance with business needs. Advice on clinical issues in relation to the existing and new railway business. Provide and deliver agreed occupational medicine services to customers within agreed performance targets. Support the line managers in all resourcing issues for OHP's / Doctors including recruitment, retention, management coaching and mentoring. Maintain links with appropriate professional networks to ensure leading edge healthcare approaches and provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
Person Specification: I am looking for the successful applicant for this opportunity to possess full GMC Registration, Dip Occ Med and at minimum AFOM status. Full Driving Licence is desirable. Ability to present to large audiences. Flexible and innovative approach to delivering high quality Professional services within a fast moving business environment. A pragmatic approach to solving problems, excellent task management skills with coordinating multiple activities to meet deadlines. Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong understanding of, and ability to deal with people management issues. Able to identify and address professional training and development issues
