An opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacist to join our forward thinking, dynamic and friendly Pharmacy team at the Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH), part of King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated pharmacist to lead on training and development.
The post holder will be part of a Trust-wide education and training team responsible for the training and development of all pharmacy staff across all King’s sites. The post holder will have a specific focus for staff at the PRUH site, but will also take the lead for the STEP programme at King’s overall, with opportunities for cross-site working. The post holder’s clinical practice base will be at the PRUH site.
The post would be suitable for an individual looking to develop their career in pharmacist education and training and/or management. The successful candidate will be demonstrably highly motivated, a good team player and will have excellent communication, problem-solving & time management skills.
The Pharmacy department offers many opportunities for career progression, including postgraduate study, research and leadership.
