Newcross Healthcare is seeking experienced Learning Disability Support Workers to provide excellent care to our service users in New Romney, Tenterden, Ashford and the surrounding areas of Kent.

Your responsibilities will include; assisting with person-centred day-to-day tasks, helping with social activities, aiding with clinical needs and assisting with any other additional services that will enable our service users to live their daily lives as independently as possible.
Each individual experiences different challenges due to their physical impairment or learning difficulty. It is essential that you are confident in your ability to work in a calm and compassionate manner with our service users living with physical, learning disabilities or Autism.
The successful candidate will have the chance to improve their skill set with a range of free training programmes, earned through credits as you work. These include Basic Life Support, BSL or Makaton, Medication Administration, Dementia Care and more.
Located in Kent next to the Great River Stour, Newcross Healthcare's Ashford branch is ideally placed to provide the town and wider region with qualified nurses, care workers and care assistants.
Based at 46 High Street, the branch is just a short distance from Ashford International airport.
