We wish to appoint Clinical Fellows from as soon as possible until 2nd April 2019 in Neurology. The Department is willing to be flexible around contract dates and applications from candidates looking for a contract for all or some of this period will be considered.
These are non-training posts but they do offer wide clinical experience with good supervision. The posts are suitable for post foundation doctors or post CMT doctors who want additional medical experience before deciding a career path with the bonus of allowing the post holder some time out before starting on a career at ST3 level in August 2019.
The role will involve participation on the neurosciences (1 in 15, F2-CT2) out of hours full shift rota for a banding supplement of 1A (50%).
Candidates must have, or be eligible for, GMC registration that allows them to work in posts that are not recognised for training. It is desirable that candidates have experience and familiarity with UK hospital systems and practices or equivalent.
Salary range: £31,217 to £41,300
