We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our multidisciplinary team at Emersons Green NHS Treatment Centre in Bristol. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

First opened in 2009, Emersons Green NHS Treatment Centre was awarded ‘Good’ in its last CQC Inspection in July 2016. The site offers state of the art operating facilities with care provided by highly trained clinical professionals who are able to take advantage of some of the best training and development opportunities in healthcare.
As a key member of the administration team you will provide a comprehensive clerical function to the centre. This will include updating the referral management pathway for our patient records and liaising with colleagues to ensure the patient progresses smoothly and efficiently on to the next stage of their pathway.
Your role will be to provide data entry into the patient administration system (PAS) following the 18 week referral to treatment guidance. You will be expected to to liaise with Consultants and Nurses within the outpatient department to ensure the patient pathway is recorded correctly and remains up to dat after each appointment.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Excellent data entry skills
• Experience in customer service
• Experience of dealing with the public in person and by phone
• Experience gained in a healthcare or service sector
• Good general education, GCSE/O’level standard including English or equivalent
