Maxxima is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Team Secretary to fill a full time role in Ipswich supporting one of our NHS clients. The ideal candidate will have an expert understanding of secretarial and administrative duties.
Your role will be to provide proactive secretarial and administrative support to the HR Business Partner Team and wider HR function, as required.
You will provide accurate, prompt and efficient support for this NHS HR Team. You will maintain diaries for HR staff, organise meetings, maintain an effective filing system, take minutes of meetings, ensure agendas and papers are distributed within time frames for meetings, produce and maintain spreadsheets and receive calls taking clear messages.
Your responsibilities will also include storing records, updating the Electronic Staff Record, welcoming visitors to the department and covering administrative duties in the absence of colleagues.
The pay rate for this locum Band 3 HR Team Secretary job is £10.38 per hour (Umbrella) and is a 2 month contract.
Requirements of the Band 3 HR Team Secretary role:
- You must have experience/qualification in RSA 3 Word Processing
- You must have previous secretarial or administrative experience
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience of working within the NHS/medical sector is desirable
