Occupational Health Administrator
Permanent or Contract position
Our client is looking to recruit an Occupational Health Administrator to support the Group Occupational health team based at their offices in Tempsford -Bedfordshire.
Provide account management support to the designated client base.
To be fully conversant with the requirements of the client contract requirements.
Manage and maintain the administration function of the OH service.
Liaise with the OHA's with regard work activities,programmes and initiatives.
To ensure Company & Divisional policies,procedures and processes are followed as appropriate.
To be fully conversant with all systems operated within the OH departments
Providing day to day administration support
Coordinate client requirement in line with contract,scheduling appointments.
Manage the tracker process for obtaining third party reports.
Responsible for organising the health promotion activities in line with agreed programme and level of input.
To bring to the attention of the Line Manager improvements that can be made to the provision of administration support to the OH team
Apply and follow company processes and procedures as applicable to the role and functions of the office.
Essential Skills & Experience needed:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion in managing sensitive, personal and confidential matters
Good standard of planning and organisational ability
Ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure,whilst dealing with demanding deadlines maintaining a flexible approach
Previous administrative experience within occupational health or a medical environment with a high level of organisational ability and attention to detail
Experience in dealing with sensitive information in a health environment or an occupational health remit
Experience within Cohort/Medgate Software package would be an advantage,however training will be given.
Significant experience using Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
