About the role
Based at our Central Functions office in Reading we are looking for a Graduate or Junior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the team. The team as a whole is responsible for the bulk of all reporting and information for Spire and this role will specialise in the telephone stats for all of the hospitals nationally. This is a new role and part of the requirement will be to work closely with the Business Intelligence Manager to put together a robust reporting process for all telephone calls made to the business including time to answer and drop outs. This position will suit someone with VERY strong Excel knowledge and experience managing large amounts of data accurately.
