Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for an interim Bupa and Spire GP team leader; preferably someone who has worked in a similar role as a team leader in a clinical environment.
We are looking for a candidate to fulfil the role for a period of 6 to 9 months as maternity cover.
The successful applicant should have good leadership skills, and able to support the team in maintaining a consistent standard of clinical excellence. They will be expected to manage the daily and monthly targets and responsibilities of the clinic and deliver them within the stated timeframe. Working under the supervision of the Outpatients Manager, they should possess good problem solving skills when handling clinical queries; be able to work well under pressure and demonstrate a professional and courteous approach to customers at all times, either face to face or over the telephone.
Who we are looking for
Ideally the candidate would have health screening experience, or previously worked in a Bupa Health Clinic; and is a university graduate with a BSc in Sports Science / Exercise Physiology or Human Nutrition.
