Business Manager / Practice Manager – Dermatology – Healthcare  

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus Company Benefits

Compass Associates are proud to be exclusively recruiting for a well-established and expanding healthcare organisation, who specialise in Dermatology. They have a number of specialist clinics across the Country, which are equipped with the latest technologies, working with some of the UK’s most renowned Dermatologists. They have ongoing investment in their facilities and they continue to grow as a business.  

At present, we are looking for a Business Manager / Practice Manager to join the team, to help them grow as efficiently and successfully as possible, while delivering exceptional patient care to everyone that they treat. This is an integral role for developing the services, with a key objective of clinic growth and outstanding patient care.  

The Role  

This is a full-time position which will be worked across two clinics located in Oxford and Cheltenham. We are able to offer this role as two separate part-time positions, one Business / Practice Manager covering Oxford and a second Business / Practice Manager covering Cheltenham, although a dual role is preferred. We are looking for an ambitious and driven professional to support company growth, who has previous experience in the healthcare sector.  

Role Responsibilities  

- Day to day operational management within the clinic  

- Business management  

- CQC Registered Manager  

- To lead the team and ensure a high level of service is provided to all clients

- Manage, mentor and motive staff in order to achieve KPIs

- Ensure the business is financially efficient and compliant  

- Proactively drive patient numbers to increase clinics EBITDA

- To enforce new and innovative ideas to drive the business   

Requirements  

- Previous experience as a Business Manager or Business Manager  

- Operational knowledge in a Healthcare environment  

- Experience in growing business   

- Commercially aware  

- Track record of both quality and growth  

- In-depth knowledge of procedures and processes within a business  

- Dedication to their work and the success of their company  

- Commercially aware   

- Business results driven  

- Knowledge of CQC will be advantageous  

- Experience of management of a high-end customer service  

Salary & Package    

In return, there is a generous salary on offer up to £45,000 on offer, plus company benefits which will be discussed at interview stage.
