Role Summary:
This post offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist to consolidate their clinical skills and develop leadership skills within TLCO community therapy services.
You will be a dynamic, professional and enthusiastic team member able to work autonomously and facilitate the development of those around you. You will be joining a well-established therapy service that provides services in client's homes and other community settings.
Key Responsibilities of the Post:
- To provide a specialist patient centred physiotherapy service to those who are referred to the community rehabilitation service.
Key Requirements of the Person Specification:
- Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC Registration
- Evidence of post graduate study
- Appropriate relevant post grad experience working in a community setting
- Evidence of working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Evidence of working with clients in the community setting
- Knowledge of current best practice
- Good level of skill in treating patients
- Good clinical knowledge base
- Evidence of working with people with multiple needs and long term conditions
- Ability to undertake appropriate therapy assessments relevant to the clinical speciality
- Able to use clinical reasoning to justify relevant therapy diagnosis and formulate treatment plans
