We are currently recruiting an opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager to take the lead role in managing a patient orientated Pharmacy in Yeovil, Somerset
The role we are recruiting is a full time, permanent opportunity, it is a great opportunity for a pharmacist wants to work in a very service focused and patient orientated environment.
The pharmacy has a Medium dispensing volume and offers a large range of PGD, Advanced & Enhanced patient services. It's a great position for a pharmacist who enjoys the delivery of patient services.

We are looking for a confident and competent pharmacist that can lead the Pharmacy team and engage with the local community to improve the healthcare and service provision locally. The pharmacy reflects a highly professional working environment with close liaison with medical professionals and patient care at the center of pharmacy operations.
The Role:

• Full Time permanent opportunity
• Lead the Dispensing & Professional Service activity
• Lead, Mentor and Develop the pharmacy team
• Champion Healthcare Initiatives & Community Engagement

Candidate Specification:

• Excellent communication & time management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to set clear objectives and leadership to the team
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the pharmacy and team
