£35,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Benefits (Mileage, pension)

Compass Associates are proud to be working with an industry leading national client to recruit for a case managers specialising in Acquired Brain Injuries based from their Sheffield office. The successful candidate will be from a nursing or therapy background, and will offer substantial experience and previous exposure to Acquired Brain Injuries, no case management experience is required however this is desirable  

The Candidate        

Case Management is a process devoted to the coordination, rehabilitation, care and support of people with complex clinical needs. It aims to facilitate their independence and improve their quality of life. This is usually conducted as part of the medico legal process. You must be an experienced healthcare professional. Case Managers should have acquired knowledge and experience of working with clients either in a hospital or community environment. We are looking to recruit suitable candidates with experience of working with clients suffering from spinal injuries or traumatic and acquired brain injuries.  

Requirements        

Diploma or Degree in occupational/physiotherapy        

CQSW / Dip SW or other relevant Social Care qualifications        

RGN Nursing qualification        

Must have a strong knowledge of ABI        

Must be able to work from their own initiative        

Excellent time management skills.          

Location        

The head office for this provider is based in Sheffield, however candidates can be located from the surrounding areas. You will however be required in the earlier stages to travel to the office daily for induction and training. Flexible working arrangements can be offered after this.     

Interview Process        

The interview process will be a one stage process with the Operations Manager and Clinical Lead for the organisatio over teams/zoom/
